Menachem Markovics of Royal Builders submitted a new building construction project for a 54-unit, 50,808 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 1505 Emmons Avenue in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on December 21, 2023 under job number B00969850. It calls for the construction of a seven-story building. The project is described in the filing as: new seven-story, fifty-four dwelling unit building.
The development site covers nine tax lots, from 48 to 56, which is 1501 Emmons Avenue at the corner of East 15th Street to 1519 Emmons Avenue. Not all of the tax lots as of publication reflect Markovics’ ownership.
