Rhoda Ryklin and Lolita Ryklin through the entity 51st Street Realty Inc. as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Brett Cohen’s JGB Management through the entity JGB Collateral, LLC valued at $22.9 million for 4 parcels, including the tax class unlicensed parking lot (G7) and two residential condos, at 629 West 51st Street, 625 West 51st Street, 146 West 57th Street in Clinton. The deal closed on February 12, 2020 and was recorded on February 18, 2020.
