Northwood Investors through the entity NW 1180 AOA LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Mesa West Capital through the entity Mesa West Real Estate Income Fund IV, LLC valued at $220.5 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class not available at 1180 Sixth Avenue in Plaza District. The deal closed on January 27, 2020 and was recorded on January 31, 2020.
The property contains a total of 139,397 square feet of built space.
The average loan per buildable square foot is $673.
The last time the property sold was February 15, 2018, for $305,000,000 and at that time Northwood borrowed $236.6 million from the Royal Bank of Canada.
