New Horizon Counseling Center paid $3.8 million to Joseph Tornheim through the entity 694 Beach 20th Realty LLC for the two-unit mixed-use building (S2) at 6-94 Beach 20th Street in Far Rockaway, Queens.
The deal closed on January 5, 2023 and was recorded on January 17, 2023. The property has 4,275 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $877 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Joseph Tornheim was Amir Kornblum. The signatory for New Horizon Counseling Center was Gary Goldstein.
