Neil Hamamoto pays $5.3M to Rivington Company for industrial in East Williamsburg

Neil Hamamoto, through the entity Worthless Bricks LLC paid $5.3 million to the Rivington Company, through the entity 7-13 Knickerbocker Avenue LLC for an industrial (E1) building at 7 Knickerbocker Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The deal closed on April 22, 2021 and was recorded on May 6, 2021.

The property has 9,974 square feet of built space and 10,000 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 20,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $531 and the price per buildable square foot is $265 per the PincusCo analysis.

The owner bought the property on May 20, 2015, for $4.1 million.

The signatory for Rivington Company was John Travis Stabler. The signatory for Neil Hamamoto was Neil Hamamoto. Neil Hamamoto is the artist behind Worthless Studios.
