Jerry Lebedowicz through his B King Chick LLC acquired the debt with a maximum principal of $800,000 provided in 2008 to the Organization For Defense of Four Freedoms for Ukraine, Inc. by the Ukrainian National Federal Credit Union for 1 parcel, including the tax class miscellaneous office building (O9) and containing 18 residential units at 136 Second Avenue in the East Village. The deal closed on December 29, 2020 and was recorded on January 13, 2021.
The property contains a total of 31,940 square feet of built space.
