Hudson Square Properties’ developers finish roof alteration at 155 6th Avenue

Trinity Church Wall Street, Norges Bank Real Estate Management, and Hines, the developers behind the 6 million square-foot Hudson Square Properties portfolio, on May 29, were issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for a $1.1 million rehabilitation of the roof of a 182,652-square-foot office building at 155 Avenue of the Americas in Soho.

The plans, filed June 19, 2017, call for no change in size but a change in use of the roof of the 210-foot tall, 15-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: alterations related to establishing of new outdoor roof garden and related services as per plans submitted herewith. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $1,070,000.
