GID sells UWS penthouse condo for $15.2M, or $3,664 per sf

Orna Kliger through the entity Gzdm Kliger Trust paid $15.2 million to GID Development Group through the entity Rcb1 Residential For Sale LLC for condo (SC) unit PHB at 400 West 61st Street in Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on October 13, 2021 and was recorded on November 4, 2021.
The property has 4,134 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $3,664 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for GID Development Group was John Gagnior. The signatory for Orna Kliger was Orna Kliger.

Van Merkensteijn on September 14, 2021.
One of those three items was a loan which GID Real Estate Investments borrowed $127.7 million from Prudential Financial secured by the 253,788-square-foot, 213-unit rental (D8) on 400 West 63rd Street and five other properties on November 19, 2020.
