George Xu’s Century Development Group through 45 Rd Holdings, LLC acquired an interest from Michael Oks valued at $5.2 million for a stake in 1 parcel, including the tax class office building with commercial with one to six stories (O5) at 11-03 45th Avenue in Long Island City. The deal closed on January 20, 2021 and was recorded on February 19, 2021.
The property contains a total of 18,500 square feet of built space.
