The entity 63rd St Townhouse LLC in care of Becker, Glynn, Muffly, Chassin & Hosinski LLP paid $34.5 million through a bankruptcy for the Gilded Age mansion at 15 East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill, Manhattan. The former owners were sisters Peggy Nestor and Marianne Nestor.
The deal closed on March 17, 2026 and was recorded on March 31, 2026. The property has 11,080 square feet of built space according to a PincusCo analysis of city data.
