Elyahu Cohen of Regal Home Collections pays $10.5M to LCOR for retail condos in FiDi

Elyahu Cohen of Regal Home Collections through the entity Regal 25 Broad St LLC paid LCOR’s 25 Broad Street L/Cal LLC $10.5 million for three retail condominiums at 25 Broad Street in Financial District. The deal closed on December 20, 2019, and was recorded on December 26, 2019. The transaction consists of 3 parcels, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC).

LCOR recorded the conversion of the building into four condominium units — three retail and one with 308 residential units — in October.
