Court Square Real Estate pays $2.9M for mixed-use building in Cobble Hill
Court Square Real Estate Partners through the entity 128 Union LLC paid $2.9 million to Camille Sacco through the entity Sacco Mello Realty LLC for three-unit mixed-use building (S3) at 128 Union Street in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on August 11, 2021 and was recorded on September 3, 2021.
The property has 5,355 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $541 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Camille Sacco was Camille Sacco. The signatory for Court Square Real Estate Partners was Mark Gold.

The most recent of these five items was the permit on February 9, 2021 for a 4,000-square-foot R-2 building with four residential units at 103 President Street.
One of those six items was a loan which Marshall Sohne borrowed $6.3 million from Arbor Private Label, LLC secured by the 11,428-square-foot, eight-unit rental (D3) on 213 Columbia Street on April 13, 2020.
