Alchemy Ventures through the entity Keystone 548 Sixth LLC paid Jeffrey Edelman’s 548 6th Avenue LLC $3.0 million for 548 6th Avenue in Park Slope. The deal closed on January 19, 2021 and was recorded on February 1, 2021. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class primarily two family with store or office (S2) and containing 2 residential units. The property is 5,875 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $511.

The signatory for the buyer was Samuel Kooris, co-founder of Alchemy Ventures, an affiliate of Ken Horn’s Alchemy Properties.  The last time the property sold was May 24, 2011 for $780,000. Alchemy has been an active buyer in recent months.
