The individual Na Li paid 15 Hudson Yards investor William A. Dalessandro’s 503 West 33rd Street Associates, Inc. $10.6 million for a condo unit at 15 Hudson Yards, at 553 West 30th Street. The deal closed on December 20, 2019, and was recorded on January 3, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC). The property is 2,335 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $4,540.

The last time the property sold was September 10, 2019, for $8,712,041, when Dalessandro purchased this unit from the building’s developer, Related Companies, as part of $61 million acquisition of seven apartments in 15 Hudson Yards. Also in September 2019, Dalessandro sold property to Related Companies that is part of the 50 Hudson Yards development footprint, for $60.8 million.
