Zucker Organization through the entity Broome-Thompson, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender State Farm Realty Mortgage valued at $30.2 million for 3 parcels, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) and containing 39 residential units at 55 Sullivan Street in Soho. The deal closed on April 29, 2020 and was recorded on May 1, 2020.
