The developer of 1144 Evergreen Avenue borrows $22 million from Popular Bank for the newly completed mixed-use property in Soundview.

1144 Evergreen Development, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Popular Bank valued at $22. million for 3 parcels, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) at 1144 Evergreen Avenue in Soundview. The deal closed on May 28, 2020 and was recorded on June 16, 2020.

The financing includes $9.7 million in new debt. The building was given its initial TCO March 24, 2020. Kim Tasher is listed as owner of SKF Development, which was identified as the owner in the Department of Buildings. The signatory on the loan was an attorney, Robert J. Teitelbaum. The owner entity is registered with HKS Real Estate Advisors.
